Qualifikationen

• Operate dishwashing equipment to maintain steady supplies of clean, sanitary tableware at all times
• Uphold personal hygiene and sanitation standards per Health Department guidelines
• Follow proper food storage, handling, and preparation protocols
• Adhere to established Ecosure standards
• Perform floor maintenance, trash removal, and proper equipment storage
• Ensure the dish area is fully cleaned before the end of each shift
• Handle and apply cleaning chemicals in a safe, responsible manner
• Complete all assigned training requirements
