Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Inventory & Distribution to lead new product introductions and LTOs, ensuring launch readiness, optimal stocking levels and clear communications across teams.

You will manage timelines, track milestones, and coordinate with external distributors to ensure on-time availability and successful product lifecycle management. The role requires strong collaboration, analytical skills, and experience in inventory planning and cross-functional leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or PM.
• 3+ years in product project management, supply chain, product launches or inventory planning.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and launches.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the Inventory Project Tracker with timelines and milestones.
• Lead end-to-end launch execution from product approval to theatre introduction.
• Facilitate cross-functional project review meetings with stakeholders.
• Identify risks, delays and resource constraints; drive corrective actions.
• Serve as liaison between Category Management, Inventory & Distribution, Operations, Marketing and Finance.
