Job summary

SpaceX seeks a CAD Drafter to convert engineering intent into 3D models and released drawings for Starbase infrastructure. You will support mechanical and fluid ground systems in a fast-paced launch environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years drafting experience.
• Associate degree in drafting or design preferred.
• Proficient in creating 3D models and 2D drawings from sketches or verbal input.

Responsibilities

• Support design and development of mechanical and fluid ground systems.
• Develop 3D models to support launch engineering design and analyses.
• Prepare and release hardware drawings; revise as requested by engineers.
• Update designs to improve manufacturability; modify CAD models as needed.
