Job summary

DENSO in North America is seeking an EPM/PMO Specialist to lead cross-functional teams through the new product/vehicle launch process. You will coordinate milestones and set cadence to align QA/PE/PDE/PC and other core teams.

The role requires proactive leadership, risk assessment, and the ability to drive collaboration across departments, maintaining accountability for milestone achievement and program success.

Qualifications

• 4 yr Engineering degree or equivalent technical certification/experience.
• 1-5 years' experience in Quality, PE, or PDE in launching a new vehicle, product, or process.
• Demonstrated experience with product or process launch milestones and the ability to organize and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to navigate accountability while maintaining positive inter-departmental relationships.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the creation of a clear master schedule to align and make visible all key milestones.
• Set the launch cadence to support core cross-functional teams in meeting milestones.
• Lead internal Kickoff, Launch Review meetings, and post-trial status meetings.
• Perform risk assessment and visualize actions needed to close gaps.
• Escalate items at risk to support departments in driving countermeasures.
• Prepare, present, and publish launch status updates to upper management.
• Maintain joint responsibility for project success with core departments.
