Qualifications

• Experience bridging traditional finance and blockchain/onchain finance in product roles.

• Strong written and verbal communication for leadership, partners, and regulators.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and fast-paced teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination of new tokenized product launches, from scoping to live distribution.
• Maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and status trackers across multiple initiatives.
• Draft and manage requirements with legal, compliance, operations, and tech teams.
• Coordinate with transfer agents, custodians, and tokenization providers to ensure readiness.
