Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in marketing, growth, product marketing, partnerships, community, or a broad role.
• Generalist and operator who can coordinate work and execute it themselves.
• Extremely high-agency, organized, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Able to manage multiple fast-moving projects without dropping details.

Responsibilities

• Run launches: manage timelines, assets, partners, demos, landing pages, social, and go-live tasks.
• Keep things moving: coordinate across marketing, engineering, design, and external partners.
• Turn opportunities into action: convert hackathons, partnerships, creator activations, and events into executable plans.
• Draft copy, QA landing pages, source creators, organize competitions, set up credits, and navigate new challenges.
• Build lightweight systems around launches to move faster with fewer bottlenecks.
