Job summary

SK Food Group is seeking a Product Commercialization Manager to lead the commercialization of food and packaging prototypes at its Phoenix, AZ facility. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, I&D, Engineering, QA and more to ensure timely project delivery from handoff through first full production.

The role emphasizes project management, cross-functional leadership and regulatory experience with USDA/FDA requirements, with up to 30% travel. The position reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• BS in Food Science with at least 3 years related experience.
• PM experience and USDA/FDA regulatory compliance preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for the commercialization process, tools and related activities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful commercialization.
• Develop and manage project timelines from handoff to production.
• Coordinate pilot/plant trials and scale-up activities.
• Interface with Sales, Operations, QA, Procurement and Finance to ensure readiness.
