University of Minnesota LATIS is seeking a strategic Administrator to lead administrative operations for a 40+ staff unit housed in Anderson Hall on the Twin Cities West Bank campus. The role is hybrid, onsite at least three days per week, with a salary range of $70,000-$85,000 depending on experience.

Reports to Deb Ludowese and collaborates across CLA leadership and CSIO teams. The LATIS Administrator oversees LATIS programs, internal grants, budgets, HR, and technology infrastructure,

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree plus at least four years of experience in administration, human resources, management or a combination of related education and work experience to equal at least eight years
• Experience in CLA-specific operations is preferred
• Project management training or experience is required

Responsabilidades

• Lead LATIS leadership team to develop strategic plans and unit priorities
• Plan and oversee execution of complex special projects including timelines and budgets
• Serve as host of LATIS spaces and events; manage shared calendar and event reservations
• Oversee facilities management, space utilization, and equipment inventory
• Coordinate hiring processes and onboarding with J Hub Shared Administrative Team
