Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership for the day-to-day operations of the Latinx Cultural Center and supports the development of a welcoming, inclusive, and identity-affirming environment for students.
  • Oversees and coordinates student staff, including hiring, training, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
  • Facilitates student leadership development opportunities and fosters a strong sense of community among students utilizing the center.
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for Latinx student engagement and success initiatives, meeting regularly with individual students and student organizations to provide mentorship, guidance, and academic and wellbeing support.
  • Establishes measurable student learning and engagement outcomes and conducts ongoing program assessments to evaluate effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.

Education
