Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Psychology, Ethnic Studies, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years in student services; experience with Latinx or underserved students preferred.
• Knowledge of culturally responsive practices and data-informed assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Latinx Cultural Center.
• Oversee student staff hiring, training, and supervision.
• Mentor students and coordinate engagement initiatives.
• Design and evaluate culturally responsive programs.
• Build campus partnerships for holistic student success.
• Prepare annual reports on program outcomes.
