Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager for LATAM to own Latin America consumer communications across awareness, consideration, and conversion. You will manage leads email, starlink.com, landing pages, messaging, and related channels for the LATAM region, acting as a country General Manager for comms and driving demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, economics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand, product, or performance communications with ownership of a market or region — not campaign execution alone.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly LATAM communications plan and a dated recap covering leads email, website, ads, customer comms, and retail.
• Convert consumer insights into actionable initiatives, copy, pages, ads, emails, and experiments for Latin American markets.
• Build and maintain nurture and abandoned-cart email series; ship market campaigns tied to seasonality, reliability, ISP comparison, pricing, Roam/Mini, travel, and emergency backup.
• Track email-attributed orders, volume, and conversion vs. other markets; use results to reallocate effort and retire underperforming work.
• Ship country-dynamic starlink.com pages for LATAM: stories, comparison, reliability, city/place, installation, and use cases.
• Develop in-market ad messaging that resolves to those pages; test claims insights support and retire claims that reduce trust.
