Job summary

Uloop Inc. is seeking a skilled professional to lead the Construction portfolio for Starr in Latin America. You will develop and manage strategic business plans, ensuring profitability while building key relationships with brokers.

The ideal candidate must have over 10 years of experience in construction/property underwriting and be fully fluent in both Spanish and English. Strong communication and management reporting tool proficiency are critical for success in this dynamic role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years construction/property underwriting experience.
• Proven track record of profitable growth in Construction and Property.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced decision-making environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted divisional production and profitability goals.
• Develop and implement strategic business plan for Construction.
• Manage/develop/expand key broker relationships and execute marketing strategies.
• Develop disciplined underwriting strategy for sustained profitability.
• Develop and implement staff training and development plans.
