Moog is seeking a Lathe Machinist for the 2nd/3rd shift in Buffalo, NY. The role involves setting up and operating CNC and manual lathes to produce close-tolerance components for aerospace, defense, and industrial applications.

You will inspect parts, interpret GD&T drawings, and ensure quality in a safety-sensitive environment. Eligible for a $3,500 sign-on bonus; 10% shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts; FAA Drug & Alcohol Program participation is required.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED preferred; otherwise ability to understand and apply instructions in English.
• At least 1 year of experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of G-Code is preferred.
• Knowledge of Fanuc controls is a plus.
• Ability to hold tight tolerances, typically .001 +/- .0005, for precision parts.
• FAA Drug & Alcohol Program enrollment is required due to Safety Sensitive work.
