Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and integration activities for new lateral partners and groups to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Schedule and support orientations, office visits, integration meetings, committee meetings, and onboarding events.
  • Prepare and maintain onboarding materials and resources (handbooks, memos, welcome communications).
  • Track milestones, maintain trackers, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Support planning and logistics for meetings and integration-focused activities.
  • Facilitate communication among leadership, practice groups, and administrative departments.
  • Coordinate meetings and notes for the Lateral Integration Committee; monitor action items.
  • Assist Marketing/Communications with onboarding communications and engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with monthly/quarterly reporting using FP&A data; support leadership presentations.
  • Contribute to long-range studies and visual depictions of findings for future planning.

Job description

The Lateral Partner Integration Coordinator supports all aspects of the onboarding and integration experience for partner level laterals, as well as lateral groups, across the Firm’s offices in the United States and Canada. This role serves as a key member of the Strategic Expansion Team, providing administrative, project management, and coordination support to help ensure a seamless transition for partner level lateral hires from offer acceptance through integration into the Firm. The successful candidate will work closely with attorneys, firm leadership, and administrative departments to coordinate onboarding activities, manage integration processes, track key milestones, and support the execution of our customized integration plans. The Lateral Partner Integration Coordinator will report to the Chief Strategic Recruiting and Integration Officer and the Director of Lateral Integration. This position is based in the Firm’s Philadelphia office, with a hybrid in-office/remote work schedule available.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate onboarding and integration activities for new lateral partners helping ensure a smooth transition into the firm
  • Schedule and support orientations, office visits, integration meetings, committee meetings, and other onboarding-related events
  • Prepare and maintain onboarding materials, including handoff memos, welcome communications, integration plans, handbooks, and related resources
  • Track onboarding and integration milestones, maintain program trackers, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of action items
  • Support integration planning and business development meetings by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, documenting discussions, and tracking next steps
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among firm leadership, practice groups, and administrative departments to keep onboarding and integration initiatives moving forward
  • Support the Lateral Integration Committee by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, recording meeting notes, and monitoring action items
  • Partner with Marketing and Communications to assist with onboarding-related communications, lateral engagement initiatives, and integration-focused content
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting by updating trackers, maintaining integration data, preparing summaries, and supporting leadership presentations using data provided by FP&A
  • Assist the integration team, as needed, in producing periodic long-term studies from collected historical data to measure success and predict future results; assist with presentations and visual depictions of study conclusions
  • Collaborate with team (including our recruiting colleagues) to continuously improve processes, resources, and programs that support lateral success and retention

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and location.
