You will architect end-to-end C++ pipelines and lead greenfield back-testing with Python and Kafka, working with researchers to deploy AI-driven alpha into production trading logic. The role offers a highly aggressive compensation package and uncapped bonus, fully remote.

Qualifications

• Production-level C++/Python with focus on performance.
• Experience building low-latency distributed systems.
• Degree in CS/CE from a top-tier university.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy end-to-end C++ trading pipelines processing tens of millions of market messages daily.
• Lead greenfield back-testing environment using Python and Apache Kafka to accelerate AI model deployment.
• Implement hardware-optimized code with kernel bypass, CPU affinity, and FPGA integration for sub-microsecond latency.
• Collaborate with researchers to translate AI-driven alpha into production execution logic.
