Job summary

KidsPeace in Orefield, PA is seeking staff to work with at-risk youth within a structured behavioral program. Roles focus on changing behaviors, thinking patterns and values to support reintegration into home, family, and community.

Join us for a mission-driven environment with a collaborative culture. Shifts include primarily 3rd shift (11PM-7AM) and weekend work; paid corporate training sessions are provided during onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; relevant degree preferred.
• Experience with at-risk youth or emotionally challenged youth is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• SCM certification and CPR/First Aid certifications required (trained internally post-hire).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills requested.

Responsibilities

• Work with at-risk youth to implement behavioral changes within a structured program.
• Contribute to successful reintegration into home, family and community.
• Participate in paid corporate training sessions; adapt to schedules and protocols.

Position Summary

We are seeking staff to work with at-risk youth. We take pride in our structured program that focuses on changing a client's behaviors, thinking patterns, and values. Our program primarily focuses on implementing behavioral changes to assist with a successful reintegration into the home, family, and community.

Shifts Available

Position located in Orefield, PA

Full Time and Part Time opportunities available

Primarily 3rd shift (11PM-7AM)

Weekends are required

Must be able to complete a paid corporate training session — Monday through Friday, 9AM-5PM for 2 weeks. (Next session scheduled for 10/12 and 10/26)

Qualifications (Education, Training And Experience)

• High School graduate or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Mental Health or related field preferred.
• Experience with acute emotionally challenged children or adolescents preferred.
• Valid driver's license REQUIRED.
• SCM certification and CPR/First Aid certifications required (trained internally post-hire).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills.

Competitive Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour, based on education and relatable experience.
