Job summary

Taco Bell is hiring for Crew Members to work after dinner and late nights in a fast-paced environment. Schedules vary by location with potential shifts starting as early as 4:00pm and ending at or after midnight.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, accurately taking orders, processing payments, addressing concerns, and maintaining a clean, safe space for guests and staff. Prior experience not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and training materials.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately take guests’ orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with delivery partners.
• Keep the dining area and kitchen area clean (tables, dishes, floors).
