As part of the team, you greet guests, take orders, process payments, resolve questions, and maintain a clean, safe dining area. You may assist in food/kitchen tasks, restock, and operate equipment; a friendly demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No previous experience required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Positive and friendly demeanor with coworkers and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately take guests’ orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with Delivery Partners.
• Maintain facility cleanliness by wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors.
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items.
• Restock products and workstations.
• Use ovens, fryers, grills and other kitchen equipment.
• Keep a clean work environment by cleaning workstations and equipment.
