Job summary

Denny’s is seeking a dedicated Late Night Cook to prepare and present food to order while following brand standards. You will work under the General Manager and Restaurant Manager, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include stepping in to assist teammates, reading tickets and recipes, and maintaining food safety with attention to waste control.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read tickets, recipes, and product specifications.
• Must have basic math skills and understanding of units of measure.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Must be able to communicate in English both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Follow brand standards to prepare and present food.
• Attend to guest requests and ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize supplies; monitor waste and food costs.
• Assist other team members as needed and maintain a cooperative work environment.
