Fox Corporation's FOX One DTC platform is building a LATAM-focused Technical Operations team to deploy, localize, and optimize customer care technology, including AI-powered virtual agents. This role bridges AI, engineering, commerce, and care to deliver high-quality LATAM experiences.

As Manager, Technical Operations – LATAM, you will lead deployments, testing, vendor management, and cross-functional programs while ensuring language, regulatory requirements and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish for LATAM stakeholders and localization.
• 7+ years in systems administration, technical operations, or related areas.
• Experience managing technical vendors and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies and virtual agents.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Willingness to be on-site 3 days per week and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LATAM system enhancements, integrations, and configurations within established standards.
• Localize customer care systems, content, and processes for LATAM markets.
• Partner with Technical Operations teams to maintain regional alignment and standards.
• Identify LATAM-specific needs and inform roadmaps and improvements.
• Own testing, QA, and release validation for LATAM market changes.
