Fox Corporation's direct-to-consumer platform FOX One seeks a Manager, Technical Operations – LATAM to implement and optimize the Business Operations technology ecosystem for the Latin American market. You will localize systems, ensure high-quality customer experiences, and collaborate across AI, care, engineering, and product teams.

In this role you will lead testing, QA, and release validation, monitor performance, and manage market-specific vendors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in systems administration, technical operations, or related field.
• Proven experience with large-scale technical implementations.
• Hands-on AI tech experience, including virtual agents.
• Experience working with Salesforce.
• Fluency in English and Spanish for LATAM localization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LATAM system enhancements, integrations and configurations.
• Localize customer care systems, content and processes for LATAM.
• Lead testing, QA, and release validation for market adaptations.
• Monitor performance metrics and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Manage market-specific vendors and ensure compliance with security/privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams on new features and initiatives.
