Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Senior Manager, Design Quality Engineering to lead global compliance for IEC 60601 Electrical Safety, EMC, and radio certifications across the CGM product portfolio.

You will drive regulatory strategy, engage with NRTL labs, and partner with Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Manufacturing, and external certifiers to ensure ongoing compliance throughout development, launch, and post-market phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 13+ years of industry experience.
• 5-8 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own global IEC 60601 Electrical Safety and EMC strategy across CGM products.
• Lead engagement with NRTL labs for certification strategies.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Manufacturing and external certifiers to maintain compliance.
