Job summary

Peraton in Washington, DC is seeking an Intelligence Data Integration Team Lead to manage staffing, finances, and program reporting for a major contract. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 10 years of all-source intelligence analysis experience, including 3 years in supervision.
  • Experience across Defense Intelligence Agency organizations and across Defense Intelligence Enterprise stakeholders.
  • 10+ years supporting Defense Intelligence Enterprise programs with intelligence analysis and production oversight.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise teams of intelligence officers with workload assignment and performance evaluations.
  • Experience applying AI/ML tools and ML workflows to intelligence analysis and collection tasks.
  • Experience using LLM platforms (GPT-based tools, classified AI environments) for assessment summarization and automated reporting.

Job description

Responsibilities

As Intelligence Data Integration Team Lead, the candidate will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the contract including staffing, financial management, as well as technical and programmatic reporting. They will be responsible for overseeing employees and subcontractors. A familiarity with and ability to manage LOE and completion contract types is key as well as a basic understanding of cost reimbursable contracts. The candidate will direct the work of employees and subcontractors assigned to the team from the technical and administrative areas and provide leadership and mentoring to the team. The candidate is expected to work seamlessly with the COTR and key customer decision makers to maintain the technical/cost/schedule baseline and generate deliverables. The Advanced Analytics Team Lead will work with the customer to define tasks and set expectations.

Responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of a major program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Prepare Staffing Plans, including skill and labor mix, to support contract operations. May be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff. Assign staff and provide technical direction as necessary to complete tasks. Monitor contract, subcontract, and funding; prepare forecasts of program financial performance. Develop and deliver required contracts, departmental, project and/or financial reports. Assist new staff members in starting work on new tasks. Coordinate with Security on crossover and orientation and provide time and attendance instructions and assistance as needed.

Qualifications
  • Experience working across Defense Department and/or Intelligence Community agencies to develop and implement advanced analytic capabilities and methodologies to enhance intelligence integration across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Intelligence Studies, Data Science, Computer Science, Political Science, or equivalent) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
  • Knowledge of and experience working across various Defense Intelligence Agency organizations and across Defense Intelligence Enterprise stakeholders
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience supporting Defense Intelligence Enterprise programs, including direct experience managing or overseeing intelligence analysis and collection activities and production requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise teams of intelligence officers, including assigning workloads, reviewing tasks or other production for rigor and responsiveness, and providing mentorship and performance evaluations
  • Demonstrated experience integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) tools and methodologies into intelligence analysis or collection workflows. For example, operationalizing AI‑assisted collection triage for anomaly detection, capability assessments, and intelligence modernization initiatives
  • Experience applying Large Language Model (LLM) platforms (e.g., GPT‑based tools, classified AI environments) to meet intelligence requirements such as assessment summarization, entity extraction, document exploitation, and automated reporting pipelines
  • Superior organizational and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interface effectively across all levels of government, including SES, Flag Officer, and Senior Executive stakeholders, via written and oral forums
  • Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with IC‑specific analytic tools and platforms (e.g., Palantir, Analyst Notebook, Intelink, classified cloud environments)
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
