Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a self-motivated Security Researcher to join the Counter Adversary Operations Team, focusing on Latam-language eCrime actors. You will collect intelligence, follow leads across online communities, and contribute to finished intelligence products used by customers and stakeholders.

The role requires OSINT skills in Latam languages, familiarity with threat actor environments, and the ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal guidance.

Qualifications

• Spanish and Portuguese language capabilities.
• Experience conducting OSINT investigations using Latam-language skills.
• Familiarity with Latam-language eCrime actors and online communities.

Responsibilities

• Collect unique, relevant actionable information to answer established standing and ad hoc requirements related to eCrime actors, especially Latam-language eCrime actors.
• Leverage OSINT tradecraft to follow up on leads and identify eCrime threat actors and track them in various online communities.
• Identify current and emerging cyber threats and trends pertaining to eCrime threat actors, including Latam-language focus.
• Collaborate with teams producing analytical reports and threat estimates pertaining to eCrime topics, especially Latam language threat actors.
• Employ secure virtual operational tradecraft methods and practices.
