Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Delivery Driver based in Cranberry Township, PA, responsible for operating a refrigerated box truck to deliver fresh floral products to customers in Western PA, Northern WV, and OH.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 16ft refrigerated box truck for daily deliveries.
• Ensure timely delivery of flowers and related products.
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle, ensuring proper functioning of equipment.
• Work efficiently in warehouse and cooler environments, using equipment like pallet jacks, box cutters, and RF scanners.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships.
• Use maps or GPS to follow optimized delivery routes.
• Perform physical tasks such as loading, unloading, and handling products up to 60 pounds.
• Comply with company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
• Start time is at 3:30 AM, with the finish time depending on the route.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
• Lift and move up to 60 pounds regularly.
• Good vision, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.

Work Environment

• Warehouse and cooler environments (34°F).
• Use of equipment like pallet jacks, box cutters, and RF scanners.
• Must have 2+ years of experience driving commercial vehicles (16ft box trucks or larger).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT Medical Certification (CDL not required).
• Acceptable driving record (reviewed biannually).
• Must be 21 or older.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using maps and GPS for routing.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and hardworking.
• Pass pre-employment screenings.
