Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio in Garland, TX is seeking licensed estheticians or cosmetologists to join our eyelash technician team. No salon or lash tech experience is required; we provide full eyelash training to get you proficient quickly.

As an eyelash technician, you will perform full sets and refills, uphold sanitation standards, educate guests on aftercare, promote upgrades and retail products, and help grow the client base through referrals—all while enjoying a fun, busy studio environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a cosmetology or esthetics license per state requirements.
• Willingness to learn lash extension techniques.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension full sets and refills per Amazing Lash Studio standards.
• Maintain sanitation and sterilization per state law and studio policy.
• Educate guests on lash aftercare and recommended service frequency.

• Generate new clientele through the studio referral program.

What You’ll Do

• Perform professional eyelash extension full sets and refills to Amazing Lash Studio standards
• Uphold all sanitation and sterilization standards per state law and studio policy
• Educate guests on proper lash aftercare and recommend service frequency
• Promote and sell service upgrades and exclusive retail products for at‑home care
• Generate new clientele through the Amazing Lash Studio referral program
• Deliver a warm, charismatic guest experience every single appointment
