Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio in Texas is seeking licensed estheticians or cosmetologists to join our lash and brow service team. You will perform eyelash extension applications to our standards while learning new techniques in a supportive environment.

We offer comprehensive training, a customer-focused culture, and opportunities to grow with a busy studio, with earnings in the $35K–$50K range depending on full-time or part-time status.

Are you a cosmetologist or esthetician who is interested in learning lash extensions and brow services? Then come join our growing esthetician and cosmetologist team at the Amazing Lash Studio brand where we specialize in making everyone look and feel refreshed, beautiful and AMAZING!

No salon or lash tech experience necessary!

Eyelash Technician / Lash Technician Benefits:

What You'll Do:

• Perform professional eyelash extension full sets and refills to Amazing Lash Studio standards
• Uphold all sanitation and sterilization standards per state law and studio policy
• Educate guests on proper lash aftercare and recommend service frequency
• Promote and sell service upgrades and exclusive retail products for at-home care
• Generate new clientele through the Amazing Lash Studio referral program
• Deliver a warm, charismatic guest experience every single appointment

If you do not have experience as an eyelash technician or lash technician in the esthetics or cosmetology industries, don't worry, we provide extensive training for cosmetologists and estheticians to be proficient in applying eyelash extensions.
