Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio in Texas is seeking motivated estheticians/cosmetologists to join our lash and brow team. No lash tech experience is required as extensive training is provided.

We offer a competitive compensation plan with potential earnings between $35K and $50K per year, depending on full-time or part-time status, plus product discounts and a busy, welcoming work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional eyelash extensions full sets and refills to Amazing Lash Studio standards.
• Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards per state law and studio policy.
• Educate guests on lash aftercare and service frequency.
• Promote and upsell service upgrades and exclusive retail products.
• Generate new clientele through the Amazing Lash Studio referral program.
• Deliver a warm, charismatic guest experience at every appointment.

Are you a cosmetologist or esthetician who is interested in learning lash extensions and brow services? Then come join our growing esthetician and cosmetologist team at the Amazing Lash Studio brand where we specialize in making everyone look and feel refreshed, beautiful and AMAZING!

No salon or lash tech experience necessary!

Eyelash Technician / Lash Technician Benefits:

What You'll Do:

• Perform professional eyelash extension full sets and refills to Amazing Lash Studio standards
• Uphold all sanitation and sterilization standards per state law and studio policy
• Educate guests on proper lash aftercare and recommend service frequency
• Promote and sell service upgrades and exclusive retail products for at-home care
• Generate new clientele through the Amazing Lash Studio referral program
• Deliver a warm, charismatic guest experience every single appointment

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• A licensed professional in esthetics / aesthetics, or cosmetology
• Willingness to learn new lash and eye area techniques
• A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor and attitude
• A customer service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management and coworkers

If you do not have experience as an eyelash technician or lash technician in the esthetics or cosmetology industries, don’t worry, we provide extensive training for cosmetologists and estheticians to be proficient in applying eyelash extensions.
