Amazing Lash Studio in Texas is hiring lash technicians. Licenced estheticians or cosmetologists can join our growing team and learn lash extensions and brow services, with guaranteed 32+ hours weekly pay even if there are no appointments.

We offer extensive training, a path to become a lash esthetician, and opportunities to earn between $20,000 and $65,000 per year depending on full-time or part-time status. Join a busy, customer-focused studio and help guests look and feel amazing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Designs eyelash treatments based on studio styles and client needs.
• Performs professional eyelash extension sessions.
• Upholds sanitation and sterilization standards as per state law and studio policies.
• Promotes Amazing Lash Studio service offerings and upgrades.
• Upsells exclusive retail products for home use and aftercare.
• Delivers a welcoming, friendly guest experience.
• Provides lash aftercare education and frequency recommendations.
• Generates new clientele through referrals program.

Responsibilities

• Designs specific eyelash treatments based on our 4 unique styles and the guest’s individual needs.
• Performs professional eyelash extension sessions.
• Upholds the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by state law and the studio’s policies and procedures.
• Understand, promotes, and sell Amazing Lash Studio® service offerings, including choice upgrades.
• Understands and promotes exclusive retail products for guest’s at-home usage and aftercare.
• Creates an excellent experience for guests with a charismatic, friendly, and helpful attitude.
• Provides frequency recommendations and education to guests on proper lash aftercare.
• Generates new clientele through the Amazing Lash Studio® referral program.
• Open to ongoing coaching, and learning by attending and participating in required education and training classes with Regional Lash Trainer.
• Committed to consistently improving skills through a professional development program.

Qualifications

• Esthetician License or Cosmetology License.
• No salon or lash tech experience is necessary.

Requirements

• A licensed professional in esthetics/aesthetics, or cosmetology.
• Willingness to learn new lash and eye area techniques.
• A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor and attitude.
• A customer service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers.
• A professional appearance at all times.
• Thrives in a fun, team-oriented environment.
