Eyelash Technician / Lash Technician Responsibilities

• Design eyelash treatments based on our 4 styles and guest needs
• Perform professional eyelash extension sessions
• Maintain sanitation and sterilization standards as per state law and studio policies
• Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio services and upgrades
• Encourage retail product use for guest aftercare
• Create excellent guest experiences with a friendly attitude
• Educate guests on lash aftercare and frequency of treatments
• Generate new clientele through referral programs
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training with Regional Lash Trainer
• Commit to continuous professional development

Candidate Requirements

• Licensed in esthetics, aesthetics, or cosmetology
• Willing to learn new lash and eye area techniques
• Positive, friendly, and personable demeanor
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Team-oriented attitude

If you lack experience as an eyelash technician, don’t worry — extensive training is provided for cosmetologists and estheticians to become proficient in eyelash extensions.
