WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We seek an experienced Lash Artist with at least 6 months of in-salon lash extension experience who enjoys working with people. You should be able to work independently, be highly motivated, friendly, responsible, and knowledgeable about the safe application of eyelash extensions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper lash care and recommend aftercare products
• Promote products and memberships beneficial to guests
• Perform high-quality, professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through referral programs
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• 6+ months of in-salon lash extension experience
• Self-motivated with the ability to educate clients on products and services
• Ability to work at least one weekend day
• Excellent customer service skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic
