We offer a complete set of menu services including Lash Extensions, Eyelash Perming, Brow and Lash Tinting, and Facial Threading. COMPENSATION:

• Competitive hourly wage plus tips during the certification training process.
• Generous commission plan on all ancillary services, eyelash extension services, retail cosmetic products, membership sales, and add-on services.
• Potential for bonuses for monthly/quarterly sales goals.
• Once certified through our corporate training: Pay may range from $35,000 to $70,000 per year.
• $250.00 sign-on bonus after corporate certification.

REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES of the Cosmetologist or Esthetician:

• Active Kentucky Cosmetology or Esthetics license.
• Lashing experience (preferred but not necessary).
• Motivated to learn new techniques and has excellent attention to detail.
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and has a positive attitude.
• Enjoys working independently, yet enjoys working in a team environment.
• Reliable and dependable work ethic.

ADDITIONAL POSITION DETAILS:

• Job Type: Full Time - 35 - 40 hours per week.
• Salon Hours are:
  • Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
  • Saturday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
  • Sunday - Closed.
• Paid time off is available.
• Generous discounts for our staff on all services and retail products.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
