Deka Lash is accepting Estheticians or Cosmetologists who aspire to build and excel in a career in lashing. We are now taking applications inexperienced and experienced Lash Artists.

Paid Lash Training Series

Get paid to train in Classic, Volume, MegaVolume, and Deka Lash’s proprietary signature service TrueXpress lash extensions. You will also be trained in Lash Lifts/Tints, Brow Laminations/Tints, Sugaring, and upcoming trending services.

Sales and Customer Service Training Series

Included with lash training, Deka Lash teaches aspiring Lash Artists and beauty industry professionals the art of sales and customer service techniques to maximize earning potential.

Earning Potential

Income as a Lash Artist is based on service, product and membership commissions and/or a base hourly rate in addition to tips. Regular bonuses are also available based on performance. Training is also paid for inexperienced Lash Artists.

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
