Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Laserfiche Certified Professional cert preferred with PA pathway within 12 months.
• 3–5 years analyzing/configuring software with relational databases; hands-on Laserfiche experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of automated business processes, workflows, and forms via Laserfiche Forms and Workflows.
• Build advanced form behavior and custom Laserfiche workflow activities using JavaScript/CSS and C#/.NET.
• Collaborate with departments to analyze existing workflows and translate requirements into automated solutions.
• Produce and maintain requirements and design documentation, test plans, UAT coordination, and regression testing.
• Manage change and release for Laserfiche solutions; maintain backlog and communicate status.
