Job summary

Lasertech Metal Works Inc in Peachtree City, GA is seeking an experienced Laser Welder Operator to join a clean, modern job shop with state-of-the-art equipment. This role offers 5+ years of automated/robotic laser experience and Trumpf 5000 series know-how as a plus, with up to $25/hour and comprehensive employer-paid health coverage.

You'll operate robotic laser weld cells on sheet metal and tubing, read shop prints, load fixtures, ensure ASME-compliant assemblies, and participate in ongoing

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with automated and robotic laser operations.
• Experience with Trumpf 5000 series laser welder is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate robotic laser welding cell for various materials including sheet metal and tubing.
• Load fixtures to set up the cell.
• Read and interpret shop prints and schematics to understand project specifications.
• Assemble components according to specifications while adhering to ASME codes & standards.
• Conduct measurement inspections of finished products using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members on projects while demonstrating strong communication skills.

Lasertech Metal Works is seeking an experienced Laser Welder Operator to join their team in the Peachtree City, GA area.
