Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3-5 years of hands-on production/manufacturing experience.
• Solid mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret BOMs, schematics, drawings and build procedures.
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail for delicate optical components.
• Collaborative team player with problem-solving focus.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Organized and conscientious with strong focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test laser tubes and components with precision tooling and fixturing.
• Document work carefully and identify irregularities to meet quality requirements.
• Follow detailed manufacturing procedures and quality standards with consistency.
• Collaborate with engineering, supervision and peers to provide feedback on progress and test results.
• Read optical drawings and BOMs; maintain traceability of components and assemblies.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
• Maintain training certifications and adhere to safety and quality standards.
