Job summary

Advanced Integration Technology, LP is hiring a Tool and Laser Maintenance Technician to operate laser tracker equipment at a customer facility and conduct day-to-day maintenance to meet quality standards and customer needs.

You will perform planned and emergent maintenance, inspect parts with precision measurement tools, and apply GD&T while using Verisurf and Spatial Analyser software. Experience with Faro/Leica trackers is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical accreditation.
• Must have prior tooling and equipment maintenance relatable experience.
• Must have a minimum of one year of experience working with laser trackers, model-based metrology, analyzing data, and report generation.

Responsibilities

• Performs recurring planned maintenance.
• Performs emergent maintenance and repair as needed.
• Inspects and verifies accuracy of assembled article using measuring equipment and visual inspection.
• Operates laser trackers and optical equipment with related software.
• Fabricates and adapts optical/mechanical accessories for tooling.
• Conducts in-process and final inspections per customer requirements.
• Measures reference lines on parts using templates and marking devices.
• Maintains tooling masters and fixtures.
• Handles tasks requiring tight tolerances and precision.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
