Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Londonderry, NH is hiring a Specialist, Integration and Test Engineering to develop, integrate and evaluate optical, electronic and mechanical systems. This role supports DVT/Qualification testing and requires the ability to obtain a US security clearance.

The position emphasizes strong communication, test planning, and collaboration across systems engineering and NPI reviews, in support of high-performance electromechanical products and DoD programs.

Qualifications

• Laser product testing experience is required.
• Technical Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of Integration & Test or Systems Engineering experience; or Graduate Degree with 2+ years; or 8 years equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Review program objectives, system operations, architectures and interfaces.
• Develop test requirements, methods and solutions from system requirements.
• Create and maintain conformance, environmental and reliability test procedures.
• Plan, schedule and execute DVT and qualification environmental and reliability testing.
• Generate DVT and qualification test reports.
• Perform data reduction, analysis and reporting; identify trends and reduce test escapements.
• Support NPI review boards and stage gate reviews.
• Generate test station requirements and provide development support for verification/validation.
• Communicate results effectively through technical reviews and program status.
