Job summary

It’s A Secret Med Spa in Scottsdale seeks a licensed Laser Technician to deliver high-performance aesthetic treatments for premium clients. You will perform laser services, dermal therapies, and body contouring within medical protocols while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

The role requires a Laser Technician license and a Medical Esthetician license, weekend availability, strong communication, and the ability to train peers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Laser Technician license issued by the Department of Licensing required.
• Medical Esthetician license issued by the State required.
• Be able to work weekends and have a flexible schedule required.
• Strong knowledge of laser, skin treatment procedures and esthetic practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity.
• Perform laser services and aesthetic procedures per licenses/certifications.
• Coordinate with Mid-Level Providers for client care.
• Maintain medical protocols, HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
• Keep a professional appearance and upscale spa environment.
• Maintain treatment areas and inventory; ensure accurate charting.
