Job summary

It’s A Secret Med Spa in Prosper, TX seeks a Laser Technician to enhance client outcomes through high-performance laser services and aesthetic treatments. You will work with licensed professionals to deliver safe, effective treatments and maintain an upscale spa environment.

The role requires a Laser Technician license, Medical Esthetician license, and a weekend-friendly schedule. Expect ongoing education, client consultations, and promotion of services and products within HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Laser Technician license issued by the Department of Licensing required.
• Medical Esthetician license issued by the State required.
• Be able to work weekends and have a flexible schedule.
• Strong knowledge of laser, skin treatments and esthetic practices.
• Ability to self-promote and engage on social media within guidelines.
• HIPAA confidentiality knowledge and policy adherence.
• Must have valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Ability to stand for long periods and maintain professionalism.
• Good organizational and written/spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity.
• Perform laser services within licensed scope and protocols.
• Collaborate with Mid-Level Providers for client care.
• Assist training of peers and new hires to Company standards.
• Maintain medical protocols per state regulations and HIPAA.
• Keep a professional appearance and uphold upscale spa atmosphere.
• Administer laser services such as Laser Hair Removal and Photo-facials.
• Deliver aesthetic services including dermaplaning, SkinPen microneedling with/without PRP, facials, peels, HydraFacial.
• Perform body contouring (e.g., CoolSculpting).
• Develop client-centered plans, recommend products and treatments.
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations to meet goals.
• Maintain clean, organized treatment spaces and inventory awareness.
• Process charting accurately and timely.
• Attend continuing education and team meetings as requested.
• Report client concerns to Senior Laser Technician and Management.
