Job summary

RMB Products in Fountain, CO seeks a Production Supervisor for the Laser Sintering department. You will directly supervise the Laser Sintering team, coordinate machine operations, post-processing, and finishing, and provide hands-on technical support for sintering operations.

You will ensure safety, quality, and adherence to specifications, while leading continuous improvement efforts, training staff, and maintaining documentation to support production objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Laser Sintering experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of assigned employees to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Provide guidance, instruction, and training to ensure quality products produced safely and efficiently.
• Provide technical guidance to Engineering and Sales regarding Value Stream products.
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Participate in Lean, 5S, and other operational improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to work performed within the Value Stream.
• Hire, coach, review, supervise, and terminate staff as needed.
• Maintain time, payroll, and material records.
