Job summary

RMB Products is seeking a Laser Sinter Technician in Fountain, CO to support additive manufacturing operations by preparing, operating, and maintaining laser sintering equipment. You will be responsible for machine setup, powder handling, build processing, post-processing activities, and documentation while ensuring quality, safety, and production requirements are met.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
0-2 years of manufacturing, production, machine operation, additive manufacturing, or related technical experience preferred.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

Prepare laser sintering stations for production runs.
Operate and monitor laser sintering equipment.
Maintain and clean process chambers, doors, windows, sensors, and related equipment.
Document build conditions and results, including color and observed abnormalities.
Perform post-processing such as sanding and finishing as required.
Maintain accurate production and maintenance records and adhere to safety procedures.
