A high school diploma or equivalent is required. While formal laser training is preferred, we will consider candidates with equivalent on-the-job experience. Familiarity with ISO quality standards is a plus. You must be able to work independently while also contributing effectively to team goals. The role involves frequent standing, sitting, reaching, bending, stretching, and lifting up to 75 lbs, alongside the need for fine motor skills for pushing and pulling tasks.
