Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Lakeville, MN is hiring a Laser & Press Brake Operator to set up and run laser and brake machines, load/unload parts, and maximize changeover efficiency. You will work with blueprints and schedules to manufacture programmed parts and ensure quality while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires basic math skills, blueprint reading, and at least 1 year in manufacturing. Travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Blueprint certification and ability to use measuring tools.
• Willingness to travel for training; travel will be paid.
• Proficient in basic math and reading/writing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate laser and press brake machines and manufacture programmed parts.
• Load/unload and assemble/disassemble machines; maximize changeover efficiencies.
• May use overhead crane or forklift to move materials as required.
• Coordinate parts delivery with internal customers to meet production timelines.
• Prepare finished products per blueprints and schedule; document scrap and transfers.
• Train other operators on setups and troubleshoot issues; ensure adherence to quality standards.
