Responsibilities

  • Operate and stand watch in the Omega laser system.
  • Perform engineering analysis for laser development and system safety.
  • Collect and interpret data to identify trends and improvements.
  • Conduct lab and field testing using diagnostic tools.
  • Develop and document test plans and SOPs for technicians.
  • Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and technicians.
  • Support laser upgrade projects and software development.
  • Manage minor project responsibilities under supervision.
