Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in laser module manufacturing, preferably solid‑state diode‑pumped lasers.
  • Experience in electronics, aerospace, or high‑tech industries a plus.
  • BS or AS in a technical field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and integrate laser into complete systems.
  • Align and test laser modules following detailed work instructions.
  • Inspect optical components under a microscope before and after assembly.
  • Operate lab equipment including oscilloscopes, energy meters, and beam imaging systems.
  • Record test data and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Support engineering with experiments and troubleshooting.
  • Follow cleanroom protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals.
  • Assist with tasks across laser manufacturing and quality control.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Job Qualifications
  • Experience with optical beamlines, laser optics cleaning, and bonding techniques
  • Proficiency with lab tools (diode lasers, multimeters, oscilloscopes, microscopes)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
  • High mechanical aptitude and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
  • 3–5 years in laser module manufacturing, especially solid‑state diode‑pumped lasers preferred
  • Experience in electronics, aerospace, or high‑tech industries a plus
  • BS or AS in a technical field (science, engineering, or laser electro‑optical technology) a plus
