You will operate laser cutting equipment to process steel according to customer specifications, with on-the-job training for candidates with mechanical aptitude who want to develop skills in a manufacturing environment. This full-time role offers graveyard, swing, and day shifts with differentials, and requires attention to detail, safety, and efficient production workflow.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate laser cutting equipment to cut metal components per order specs.
• Uncoil and feed steel into laser machines according to gauge/width.
• Load and manage job files to execute production orders.
• Monitor quality and minimize material waste.
• Use forklifts and cranes to load and unload materials safely.
• Track material usage and support inventory control.
