Job summary

Alliance Machine Systems International, LLC seeks a Laser Operator to fabricate quality parts using laser and finishing tools from engineered drawings. You will read complex prints, de-nest parts, and manage material flow while maintaining safety and efficiency on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include operating laser machines, inspecting parts, handling materials, and supporting post-laser processes with preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience operating laser machinery or equivalent manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and prints.
• Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate laser machine in a safe and efficient manner as directed by engineering drawings.
• De-nest completed parts, inspect, and match to prints.
• Receive, check-in, and stock/put away raw materials.
• Maintain inventory: issue material, cycle count, and manage obsolete material.
• Read and analyze complex prints, layouts, or route sheets to determine optimal setup.
• Identify and communicate priorities and issues to the project team.
• Maintain workflow in the laser area and surrounding processes.
• Assist with post-laser operations.
• Perform preventative maintenance of laser equipment.
