Job summary

Qualifications

GENERAL DESCRIPTIONThe laser machine operator position safely performs laser cutting for a variety of organizational manufacturing needs. The person in this position must always support and promote the company Vision, Mission and Values, using UPSCALE as the foundation.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSEssential functions are those tasks, duties, and responsibilities that comprise the means of accomplishing the jobs purpose and objectives. Essential functions are critical or fundamental to the performance of the job. They are the major functions for which the person in the job is held accountable.Perform typical laser cutting operations.Select proper cutting programs, flex entry points, and program at control.Establish proper stop location, adjust cutting parameters to obtain optimal cut quality.Make proper set-ups for optimal cutting operations.
