Job summary

Tegra Medical in Franklin, MA is seeking a Laser Operator to join our high-precision manufacturing team. You will operate CNC laser processing equipment, maintain tight tolerances on medical device components, and work in a clean, safety-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of small-device manufacturing experience and familiarity with Lasag, Kohler, Coherent/Rofin or IPG lasers; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• Operate CNC laser processing machines to meet tight tolerances.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Perform part inspections using precision measuring tools.
• Follow procedures and setup instructions for consistent quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser equipment to meet specifications and throughput targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; perform daily equipment checks.
• Perform own part inspection during laser process using microscopes, calipers, etc.
• Coordinate with team and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
